E-invoicing for B2B transactions Romania from 2024

Recently, Romania has received permission from the European Commission to introduce e-invoicing for B2B transactions. Instead of a phased introduction, the Romanian tax authorities will probably make e-invoicing mandatory for domestic companies from January 2024. Romanian companies must issue e-invoices for all B2B transactions to other Romanian companies and submit them via RO e-Factura.
